Presenters:
Prepare a 1-2 page abstract of your work. This shall include title, name and affiliations of the presenters and a brief description of the work (2-3 paragraphs) you intend to present. Also include the biographies of presenters and list any previous presentations. Few references can be given. These abstract will be reviewed based on the relevancy to the conference theme and the background of the presenter. The intention is to make every presentation a valuable experience to the attendees. All the presenters shall register for the conference.
Workshop Organizers:
If you are part of the team or you have a topic in which you know good number of people involved, then organizing a workshop is the best choice. Workshops may have a panel discussion, few presentation, demonstrations or all of these. All the workshop participants shall register for the conference.
Technical Paper Authors:
If you have a technical contribution, a successful demonstration or some technical novelty that is worth sharing with the scientific community, y0u shall submit a technical paper. Submitted papers must be unpublished and should not be submitted elsewhere at the same time. Accepted papers should not exceed 6 pages in two-column IEEE Conference Proceedings style. Accepted papers longer than 5 pages will be charged $100 for each extra page. Only one extra page is allowed. Papers should be submitted as PDF files through the EDAS paper submission system at http://edas.info/N23129. All submitted papers will be peer reviewed by at least three independent reviewers
